I already work with a TSD. Can I still partner with MySwitch?
Yes. A MySwitch partnership is a direct relationship with our team, and it sits alongside your TSD and the other providers you work with.
Who bills the client and holds the contract?
MySwitch bills the client and owns the contract and renewals. You never invoice, collect, or chase a payment.
Will MySwitch take over my client relationship?
No. You keep the relationship. Because MySwitch bills the client and holds the contract, our name appears on the invoice and the service agreement.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are recurring and flexible. Commissions are paid on what the client pays MySwitch, every month the client stays, per your partner agreement. If a client cancels in the first six months, that commission may be charged back. Every MySwitch partner signs the same partner agreement, and your tier is set in it. Your account manager walks you through rates and terms before you sign.
What can I offer my clients?

Do I need telecom certifications?
No certifications required. MySwitch handles setup, compliance, and support, and your account manager helps you qualify and position each deal.
How do I register a lead, and is it protected?
Send it to [email protected]. Your assigned account manager takes it from there and handles the proposal and the whole sales process. A lead you register stays protected for six months under the partner agreement. Existing MySwitch customers and leads someone else registered recently don’t qualify.
